This property had everything we needed down to an amazing host that responded within minutes to answer our questions. While the balcony of this property faced one of the main, but mostly quiet, streets of Punta De Mita, for us it was a non factor as we spent most of the time enjoying the amazing town, grounds, and pool. Everyone we encountered on the property, local restaurants, and on the street were very friendly. The host provided a guide for their favorite places and even surfing locations. The host requested that we keep the air conditioning off when we were not in the room, yet the room seemed to hold the cool air very well. While the walls in this property (and I'm sure the complex) are thin (as I have found with most places in Mexico), everything was comfortable and we easily slept through the sounds of clunks and people walking by the room every night. Private beach access to a great looking sand beach was awesome, but note that the beach is suited for surfing and paddle boarding and was not the most ideal for swimming.
