We really enjoyed our stay at The Sonata Inn. The location is great and close to everything. Our room is very clean and decor is nice (they even have board games!) The staff are super friendly and have great suggestions to restaurants and local attractions. The breakfast is amazing with homemade cake and croissants. Definitely recommend The Sonata Inn and we will stay here again when we next visit Charlottetown

A great bed and breakfast thats close to confederation court mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a guest laundry, common kitchen with coffee/drinks. The breakfast was included with our stay and was well set up. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

Although the property was under new managment as of May 6th, it was a smooth and flawless stay. The room was spacious and the bed SOOO comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and had enough variety for all tastes (I am vegan). Lots of little touches that made it special. Chris saw to every request immediately, including having my room ready a little early. I wasa over for a funeral and it was the perfect place to rest at the end of the long days.

Great place to stay that is within an easy walking distance to everywhere you'd want to visit in the city. The staff are attentive and eager to offer assistance for anything you need. Keep in mind that the place is old so there are creaky floorboards and the doors are not soundproof so you'll hear people talking outside of the room if they insist on talking at full volume at night, you might even get some creepy crawlies that they'll take care of for you. But it is well maintained, the beds are comfy, the rooms are cozy, the breakfast tasty, and overall a great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood!

Excellent breakfast, need a car for shopping and dining. Close to all kinds of things to see. I really enjoyed my stay. I loved the antique furniture! Everything worked and the hosts were great!

My daughter and I had an overnight stay here when we were attending a concert at the Confederation Centre. It was so comfortable and conveniently walkable, to the concert, the boardwalk and other points of interest. Lovely little breakfast, too!

Henry and Kathy are really nice people. Very accommodating. Nice cozy inn close to downtown. A nice walk along the Boardwalk is nearby. Lots of interesting points of interest within walking distance. Recommend highly.

My room was lovely. The kitchen on the 2nd floor had 24 hour access for coffee & tea. They also had a refrigerator with milk. I especially liked the refrigerator full of soft drinks and water for only $1.00. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and the food and drink choices were excellent. I hope to return to PEI and stay at the Sonata Inn again. The location of the Inn was excellent. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to shopping & many eateries.

The Sonata Inn is a lovely place to stay in remarkable Charlottetown; large, comfy room, friendly staff and well located in a beautiful heritage neighbourhood. Breakfast was busy and it was fun to get to know fellow travellers. Downtown is straight down Grafton and we loved our walk through nearby Victoria Park.

Fantastic experience. We were really looked after from a warm welcome, maps and treats on arrival, to a specially baked meal for the day we checked out (delivered the night before) because we had to leave before breakfast. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Great location. Wendy and Henry terrific hosts. Property needs some minor repairs, air conditioner noisy but works. Bonus to have fridge in room. Decent buffet Bfst included.

The owners were very hospitable and helpful, offering many suggestions for touring the island. Included breakfast was more than adequate to start your day. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit to PEI. Great walkable location to nearby bars, restaurants, and harbour front.

We were greeted with a very friendly person! Our daughter joined us last minute, we let him know, and he didn’t charge for an extra person, which was very generous! Lovely breakfast, great parking and close to downtown. Would stay again

Perfect!
Very helpful hosts, good room, great bed, wonderful breakfast. Perfect location! We loved being able to get caught up on our laundry with the waher and dryer downstairs, and the common kitchen area with large refrigerator was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a loft room. Quite comfortable, nice and quiet. The room leading to our room was a bit shoddy (dilapidated kitchen). Our room was 3 flights of stairs high. Very convenient location to downtown

This property is quaint and cozy. They have laundry facilities and full hot breakfasts. The staff makes you feel like family and they were so helpful & accommodating. We would definitely stay there again
