Fantastic property . If you can, avoid days where the hotels has large groups of kids in-house(sports tournaments, dance competition) etc.
Love the window seats. Great shopping all around. Don’t miss the Food Hall & Market just behind the hotel

The property is beautiful but the rooms are old. I found the room we were in smelled old and it was all carpet.
Front desk service extremely slow. It was busy at the time being NYE and a big wedding that evening more staff should have been available to check people in

The parking costs extra but was really worth it - underground safe heated parking! Room was great, staff were all amazing every one. Cute little gift shop. Restaurant was fantastic, i had room service.

Hotel was on the water. It was basically in the heart of Charlottetown it was easy to get around from the hotel. View of the city from the room was great.

Great hotel, friendly staff, in central Charlottetown so very convenient. Only downside is each night they rationed the in-room coffee packets. First night we complained, they brought some, the second night he was a no-show. Guess I should have tipped more. So close to being an excellent stay--but not quite over something so trivial.

Staff were excellent and accommodating. General Manager provided under ground parking ongoing communication with respect to Hurricane Lee. Nice long swimming pool, spacious exercise areas and laundry facilities. Had good meals breakfast buffet and dinner. Close to harbour with restaurants near by in addition a historical self walking tour.

Stay was satisfactory. The bed was extremely uncomfortable but it was only for one night. New mattress/bed recommended. Also, upon requesting an early checkin the day before arrival one attendant explained that if he did not assign a room at that very moment (the day before my arrival) then I might not be given a room at all (as if I might arrive at the hotel, as per my reservation on the day of, and they could be over-booked and I not be given a room at all). I found this comment to be very odd and as a bit of a threat - my reservation was paid for and approved and there’s never been an experience where I arrived for my check in and my stay wasn’t honoured. Reminded me a bit too much of how flights can be overbooked. Not a nice feeling when travelling in… Aside from these small items, the stay was great. Will go again.

Nice property but if your planning on staying a couple nights I’d advise to look a little farther from the down town core . Close to 500 taxes in is a little steep

The property showing its age a bit but very well run and very welcoming and accommodating staff. The location does not get any better if you are travelling to Charlottetown.

It was like staying at a third world resort. Most of the front desk staff and bar staff had English as a second language
Cable TV stopped showing Fox news but nothing was done to remedy the situaiton - probably because the staff did not understand simple English.
I expect language issues when travelling overseas but not in Canada or the US
Parking was difficult because the "system" was inoperative - this just added to the loack of response from the staff.
Room was comfortable - maid service was good but this is not up to Marriott standards for staff that can communicate

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. Staff was fantastic. Great location within walking distance of all the Charlottetown hotspots. I highly recommend the Delta!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was little to no signage to direct us to the pool. The hot tub was nice and hot but the jets were somewhat weak.
