You will be located within walking distance to all amenities, restaurants, pubs and steps away from Holland College. Easy access to the waterfront and only few blocks away from downtown Charlottetown. The heart of the home is the fully equipped Kitchen, ready for you to prepare delicious meals with all the essentials provided, from a coffee maker to a baking sheet. Adjacent, the comfortable Living room offers a relaxing space to unwind. You'll find two inviting Bedrooms upstairs, each featuring a Queen bed and room-darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. The Full bathroom provides a bathtub for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the fresh air on the Patio or in the Backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. A Laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay. Please note, the bedrooms are located on the second floor and require climbing stairs.
