It is on a cu-de-sac with other houses. It is very close to restaurants, the Corner, and the downtown mall. If you are going to Scott Stadium, you can walk there which is great because parking is expensive and difficult to get. The room was clean, but not bright and the temperature on the air conditioning unit was not controllable even after getting assistance. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is only valet parking which is charged at $15/day. There is no breakfast on the premises, but they do have a cafe within walking distance that serves great breakfasts at a cost."
