Well our car broke down and they wouldn’t help us transfer to a different hotel or give us a refund. It was an emergency situation and they were no help at all!

Fabulous and friendly staff! Wanda was so helpful. I did not get the name of the front desk clerk this morning, but she was also friendly and helpful. Linens and room were spotless. Bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet.

Hotel was very outdated and walls too thin… We got very little sleep. Neighbors in surrounding rooms were too loud after hours and up too early. Lots of noise after 11pm and before 6 am of groups of people talking and moving about. Lots of large work trucks outside so the groups most likely work crews. Would not recommend.

Brand new hotel. Huge rooms and luxury mattresses and linens. There is an extra charge of 50$ for a dog but it’s worth it. The only drawback is the traffic to get here but otherwise a good value.

I reserved a room for April 8. This was a mistake. I intended May 8. I contacted them by text and email and asked if the reservation could be moved. If they insisted, they had the right to refuse. But they never bothered to respond at all.
