Terrible experience dirty and they did not clean my room for two weeks that I stayed. Had to go to front desk and bag for clean towels. Whole building smelled like weed , not clean and very noisy. Would not recommend and I felt unsafe

The suite was new and well stocked just like the internet pictures. Everything was new and clean. The building was supposed to be nonsmoking however the smell of “weed” throughout was overwhelming. The “secured” door was propped open with a rock so anyone could access it. There were 3 tv’s with 6 remotes but only one tv worked and never could get the internet connection. Tried to call the office around 11 pm but no answer. Has great potential.

It's very well located for getting around town as it's close to several major roadways. Property itself is quiet and tucked back from the road which is nice. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, like some other reviews I've seen, I think some improvements on general cleanliness would be nice. We stayed for a week and we moved an ottoman around for space and found old nail clippings underneath and weird ash/dirt that kept getting blown in from the vents that we couldn't identify. If that cleanliness would be improved, I could see this being a nicer place to stay.

Love the stay however the biggest cons for me personally were: there is no hot water and the water pressure is not good, the covers on the beds are thin, and I was not given wash cloths.

rooms were clean but, no soap, conditioner or shampoo in the shower, no coffee packets in the room, no ice machine and waited 15 minutes for a front desk attendant to come check us in.. now, this is to help improve. the services. we would stay again if we are in the area.. we liked that there was a washer and dryer in the room also..

The floors were extremely dirty. The couches were filthy, the kitchen chair fabric was ink blue they were really black. The health department should shut this property down.I don’t want the managers feed back I would like my money back please!!! Riff raft all over the place, marijuana smoke everywhere . Abandoned cars with suspect people. I didn’t know if I was going to be accosted, very Leary and felt extremely unsafe.

When we got in our room we noticed that the toilet and shower had not been cleaned.The trash had not been emptied either. The front desk has to give us cleaning products and gloves to clean ourselves. Because she was there by herself we ended up being so stopped up and sick because the vents were so disgusting. I will never stay here again it really could be a great place they just need a new cleaning crew. Management needs to go behind the housekeepers to check the rooms and that would probably help.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We do not service rooms unless you are an extended stay (7 nights or more). And I apologize that there was no staff as we are staffed accordingly. Was there something you were expecting different?

I liked the size of my room, but that was about it. I didn't feel safe at all, especially with all the signs reminding me to lock my car, deadbolt my room door, etc. I also had my dog with me, and was concerned about her eating something off the floor considering the floors were filthy.

Bath sink was clogged, TV/remote in bedroom didn't work, smoke detectors flash a white light, dampers on the bath exhaust fans bang with air movement - like all night. Seating furniture was cheap & not comfy, poorly sited. But it was very clean, bright, roomy, quiet surroundings, immediate to I-485 & I-77.

Thank you for the review, we will address the concerns you raised, however we won't do anything about the smoke detectors as the light means they are connected to the system properly and every smokehead in the building does that.

This property was the worst Expedia property we have ever stayed at. The entire place was Smokey and smelled horribly like stinky pot. People were coming and going all night, women would be dropped off and coming and going in very provocative attire. Lots of people sitting outside in their cars. I felt like I was staying at a drug house.

Staff was super friendly and sweet! The room itself was very spacious and clean. Loved the laundry machine in each room - came with free laundry detergent as well. Felt very comfortable and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Also had 2 smart TV's in our hotel room!! One in living room/kitchen and another in the bedroom. Very convenient. Coffee machine in lobby area was quite delicious and we looked forward to getting the drinks every chance we got. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10!

Room was clean and quaint. Conveniently located off 77 within 10-20 min of center city/uptown. Really appreciated the dishwasher, washer and dryer in the room—you will have to wash towels they don’t like to give fresh ones since the rooms have W&D, lots of space for storage. Disliked the slow draining bathroom sink and the bed could have been bigger but otherwise I had a good stay.

Wasn’t the worst but won’t be back.
Savannah at check in was great and helpful. We checked in and left quickly for an event. However our issues started the next morning. In the morning, we noticed the bathroom sink was clogged (see pic) and when going to iron our clothes we saw a clump of hair and dirt on the legs, the chair was filled with what looked like cigarette holes and the bedding had a weird smell. We reported to the agent on duty at around 11 on Saturday. She had the audacity to imply that we manufactured the issues. When asked her for a manager, she lied and said she was the manager on duty, she then gave a false name and lied about having someone to go and check the room. The room was not touched at all. I have attached pictures. I really would like to speak to someone in management.

The check-in Rep gave us a room that was already occupied with another customer. She assigned 209 and stated she made a mistake and was supposed to give us 206. She was pleasant at check-in and we were fascinated because we have the same uncommon first name, but that mistake could have gotten me hurt or someone could have been nude or had intimate relations when we entered their room. The rooms were nice, the other disappointment was they didn’t offer complementary breakfast to their guest for the amount of money customers pay to stay.
