The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation. \- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances. Parking Details: \- Ample parking in the driveway. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. The ice machine was overheating but we still had ice. The lake view was spectacular. The beds were comfy. We had the place to ourselves until Sat. The people next door were partying so it ruined our outside ambiance for dinner. We stayed inside. Every other night we had peace and quiet. We appreciated the quick response to adding curtains to the dorm room and attending to the bathroom sink issue. ##### Claire R. Everyone who came was impressed with view how nice the property was. It was so relaxing, no one was ready to leave! The only thing I would say is that the dock was full of webs, i would probably try to knock off as much as possible if it were my property before guest arrived.
