Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media.
