Purchased in Sept, 2023, it has all new furniture including 2 new 55" smart TVs. It has 1 free parking spot in the garage. It's a short walking distance to many downtown spots including 10 mins walk Bank of America corporate headquarters, 15 mins walk to Charlotte Hornets Basketball arena, and 20 mins walk to Carolina Panthers Football stadium. The roof top deck has an incredible view of the downtown buildings. The pool and sitting area makes for a fun environment. There are 2 elevators in the building. Weekly and Monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.
