This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.   
  
Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25\. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.  
 Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.  
  
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.  
  
STAYLAKENORMAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to credit card issues and/or failure to complete contract signing process including but not limited to uploading ID, signing usage agreement, accepting house rules, confirming details over the phone with company representative, etc.
