The house has so much charm and truly felt like a home-away-from-home for our few days there. We thoroughly enjoyed playing board games, drinking coffee on the porch, campfires at night and being able to be downtown in a matter of minutes. The location is perfect for walking into town and the beach. Our teens loved the autonomy its proximity offered them. I was concerned that it was going to be too hot in the upstairs bedrooms but fans were provided and positioned near the AC vent, which kept it cool. Towels, beach towels, paper products, hand and dish soap were provided which was helpful. I loved spending time on the front porch in the morning and evenings. The location is amazing and the backyard was so great for our kids to play and run around in. The house was great as we spent a lot of time on the front porch and outback. This was the first time I had been to Charlevoix. It was a perfect location not only for race proximity, but also just a walk across the drawbridge to stores and restaurants.
