The bedrooms (and full bathrooms) are located on opposite sides of the single floor unit . Large living room, fireplace , smart tv with YouTube TV, breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill and an outdoor table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter the place. Parking for 2 vehicles (tandem). Neighborhood : Stono Park is an older and convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes, and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 5 miles of historic downtown Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 11 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property. There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .
