Seabrook Island found just south of Charleston and Folly Beach nestled between some of America’s best beaches: to the north Kiawah Island’s Beachwalker Park and to the south, Edisto Island. Seabrook Island is a nature preserve in an Audubon International Sustainable Community. This is the place to enjoy the beach where the people aren’t! Who doesn’t love an opportunity to try horseback riding on the beach?! Enjoy some tremendous shelling, surfing or, watching the dolphins strand feed at Capt. Sam’s Spit at North beach adjacent to Kiawah Island’s Beachwalker Park. There are ample activities to explore on the island and nearby: beautiful sunrises at the beach and sunsets along the Atlantic Ocean's inlet with the North Edisto River. Being older ladies on a fun trip, the 3 flights of stairs weren’t the best for us. However, having 3 bathrooms and a roomy nice place made up for it!
