It was a little worn and banged up. Sheets and duvets were polyester. We had several cockroaches which the host called palmetto bugs and an extermintaor needed to come in while we were there. Keurig broke and a replacement was left inside the door in original box and we had to set it up. Massive construction project nearby- wide awake before 7am everyday. Will not stay here again. Close to restaurants and very walkable to shopping. Easy parking and very accessible. It was cold and icy so we were unable to use the porch or outdoor furniture. We loved this home for our girls get away in Charleston. There were only 2 of us, so more than enough room. The home is well appointed and the location is EXCELLENT!
