As of 10/30/24, construction has begun in the surrounding area, which may cause additional noise during the day. We have not been made aware of the exact schedule, but some days may be louder than others. Most work appears to take place on weekdays between approximately 8:00am–5:00pm. The listing was updated about the construction so we expected that but it was loud so be cautious if you have light sleepers. The street was also closed most of our stay and the water was shut off for a short period one day, but that was not known to the owner and they quickly spoke with the construction crew to ask when it would be back on which was great to see the quick action. The only issue we had was the comforter/sheets were really disgusting so we had to request new ones, which the owner quickly got them swapped out. Just was not expecting a cleaning company to use a comforter with a giant stain on it. The property is located close to the freeway and the noises are quite loud.2\. There is a major construction project happening across the street that begins there work at 6:30am each morning. It is very loud as well.3\. When we arrived our parking spot was taken and we were directed to "block in" the vilolating car if we wanted to. The two bedrooms with a tv in each make it great for two couples. The units accommodations are more than enough for an extended stay (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, pots/pans, etc).
