So much to do; so little time!
As we enter our second year of hosting we welcome you to come spend some time at Cypress Cove. We work hard to offer a clean, comfortable, well maintained home for your family to enjoy. The house was remodeled last year to better suit a Vrbo clientele and all of our travelers how found it clean and charming.
Centrally located to multiple attractions. Dollywood, Smokey Mountains, Ocoee River Rafting, Lee University, Ramble Creek and Howe Farm wedding venues. Tri-State Exhibition center as well as close by Chattanooga attractions.
2 bedrooms with King beds, 3rd bedroom with two double beds, fully equipped kitchen, screen deck, fire pit, Cypress Grove joins the property. Walking distance to the Hiwassee River and Charleston city park with nice playground, covered pavilion and walking trails. Charleston Heritage Center, with in depth exhibits pertaining to the Trail of Tears and the Civil War, is also within walking distance. All new bed and bath linens furnished. Quiet little community.

not good for elderly/handicapped
across street from railroad. trains night and day. Odd lay out for house. only access from house to back screened porch is through the master bedroom. The mb had a HUGE step down into bathroom. Hall bath grout etc very dirty looking, cobwebs in corner under shower curtain. Overall, we were never so glad to leave a rental property. Friends even left early rather than stay full time.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a church conference that was held in Cleveland. Great property, clean, and comfy beds. There is an active railway close by that can be heard, but none of the family had any issues with it disturbing our rest. We will try to book again if we have reason to be in the area. Great rental!

Perfect accommodations
We stayed in Charleston to visit with family who live in Cleveland. We spent most of our days at the house, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and all the appliances worked great, including the outdoor grill. There was even a gallon tea pitcher which we needed for our crew (including visiting family - our daughter, her husband, and our granddaughter). The ice maker actually worked (which I've found to be a rarety in rentals!). There were plenty of clean, high quality towels and even dish clothes (which I have also found lacking in some rentals). We loved the location. We did hear the train frequently which we absolutely loved. It wasn't loud and annoying but added to the historic charm of the neighborhood. We spent the evenings walking to the park where out children enjoyed the playground and the basketball courts (a definitely plus for my basketball-loving crew). The grocery store and Dollar General were really close too (but not too close). My son-in-law enjoyed building a fire in the firepit and sitting outdoors. I loved sitting on the comfortable chair on the screened in back porch in early morning - right by the swamp with those beautiful cypress trees. We also enjoyed many Charades games - I think that became our favorite game. Thanks for providing this unforgettable, comfortable place to stay!

Awesome house.
We were very happy with the house. Location was great for what we needed. We didn't use the firepit , but it was an awesome addition and had firewood provided. We had no hiccups or anything with check-in or check-out.

Great Place, Great Location
Absolutely loved our stay in Cleveland TN! This house has an awesome set up and worked very well with 8 people (ensure that 2 sets in your party are ok sleeping in full size beds if you have 8 vs 6 people). Super clean, Super quiet, and could not be any better vs a hotel stay in our opinion. Literally the only opportunity for improvement may be a larger hot water tank but if showers are staggered, everything can go smoothly as water heats up really fast. I am not sure I could recommend another location anymore than this one!

Much needed break
We came here for a wedding at Howe farm. The house was spacious enough for us - 6 plus a 2 month old. The kitchen had good appliances and the basics like spices and cooking items. The only negative had nothing to do with the house but the train nearby. We sleep with a white noise machine so it didn’t keep us awake. The king size beds were comfortable.

Cypress Cove
This was our 3rd time staying at the home. We had hoped our grandchildren would stay, but they visited all day and we had a wonderful time. We did lots of activities from carving pumpkins to going to the park and restaurants in Charleston. Love the trains.

Lovely stay in Charleston, TN
A wonderful property in a quaint town. We used this property as a base as we went and discovered all of the neighboring areas with hiking, Lost Sea Adventure, Ft Loudon, Rock City, etc . We could come back to Charleston and not have to deal with the traffic of Chattanooga. Karen was a wonderful host and we’d gladly stay here again. Thanks!!

Beautiful area and neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for our family of 8 in the area for a nearby wedding. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and 2 bathrooms was good for our family. Very quiet, except for when train came through a few times a day. The house was comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to cook a few meals while we were there. Backyard was beautiful and screened patio nice to sit in. The hosts had games, TVs in every room, good instructions about the house, info about the area, and a nice goody welcome basket. Overall, very nice stay.

Very quiet town nice neighborhood. Very nice park for the children in walking distance. History buffs will love the 162 year old church/ civil war hospital a little more than a block away. Made wonderful family memories! Thank you!

Trouble for anyone with mobility issues
Air had not been turned on/down in anticipation of our arrival. It took a full day to start feeling cooler. Home well supplied with towels, dishes, etc. House has “step” from master to in-suite bathroom that exceeds building code depth. The same is true of “step” entrance at washing room entrances from kitchen and from driveway. The house also was dusty and dirty under beds; there was a musty smell throughout entire house, which was probably due in part to dust, but primarily because the home was shut up in the heat for a period of time without fans or air condition used. That smell never disappeared.
