Nice quiet part of town. Easy to get down town. Has upgraded rooms. Still reused old bathroom door, no rod for TP holder. Don’t like putting finger in loose roll? Outside very worn, nasty stairs and decks. Nasty location of ice machine. The grounds were near a nice little pond and gazebo. Room remodeling could have been better. Room could have been cleaner. Hope they continue to up grade the property.

This motel is family friendly. They have an outdoor pool which is clean and quiet creek and deck. Our kiddo enjoyed to see some fish and crabs around the creek. We felt safe and comfortable during staying.

We are absolutely coming again! Looking from the outside, it looks like every other motel, but in the inside it is super clean, very spacious, and the staff are so nice! The free breakfast options are also plentiful which is always a plus! What I like to tell apart hotel/motels is the quality of the coffee, and this place passed! This business will absolutly be seeing us again!

If you’re looking for a no frills, average highway motel this is the place for you. There is nothing horrifically wrong but also nothing more then average here. Rooms are a bit dingy and could use a deep cleaning and updating. The pictures online are also a bit misleading on the properties appearance

Too many stairs to second floor, no elevator. Had to ask for appropriate number of towels. Sink faucet leaked even when not in use. Only one small shelf in bathroom for clean towels, no other places for towels or clothes. Nice view along the creek, not much else to write home about!!

The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The only issue was I left at 4 AM and the main office was not open. The customer service rep who was on staff was sleep at the desk. I tried to knock to return my key, but they didn’t wake so I had to leave without checking out at the desk.

This hotel is a bit on the older side but is well cared for and was recently renovated. The staff is incredibly friendly as well.

Creekside Inn was a pleasant stay. The rooms are exactly as described - clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast was a plus. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient and not too far from popular locations (I.e Sullivans Island / Downtown Charleston).

Expecting the Ritz? Don't. The facilities are spartan and utilitarian but adequare. Bed-comfortable, pillows ok Towels- amazingly thick and fluffy. AC- worked well. Hot water- readibly available Breakfast- eggs with sausage, waffle maker, juice, coffee, yogurt, toast with toppings, fruit cocktail A nice onservation deck and chairs by the creek. A comfy chair would have been appreciated, as would towel rods. No closet. Great BBQ and bar across the street, but don't try to walk there. Highway 17 is extremely busy! Carpet was not clean. There was no hand soap or hair dryer. My bed had three brackets sticking out on one side which I’d hit with my ankle. Luckily it was only on one side but it’s a hazard. Not much breakfast food available when I went at 0720. Waffle maker timer did not work.

This is a 1 star at best. Bedding was new and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Property and parking lot was clean.BUT... Baseboards peeling paint and rotted. My feet were black from walking barefooted in room. Outside door trim and base was broken, allowing light, dirt and dust in. Bathroom door would not close, not even close. They need to finish their " remodel " The phrase " lipstick on a pig " comes to mind.

The bathroom is filthy. The breakfast was typical carbs- they told us they had eggs and sausage but they were gone an hour before breakfast was over and they would not make more. They were completely out of bread and bagels.

This property is showing it's age even though they state that they have remodeled rooms. They had sprayed some type of room fragrance in the room, which to me, was not pleasant and I wondered what other smells they were trying to hide. They only had 2 hard plastic type chairs to sit in. The floor was very slippery feeling, even though it wasn't wet. The bed was comfortable. The towels were not soft and they were small in size. We did eat breakfast, but didn't get there early enough to have hot food. Had to ask for more coffee as the container was empty....no juice or even water to drink. If they say they have breakfast until 9:30 am, then they should have all foods available until that time. Their are no curtains in the window, just shutters, which didn't keep the spot light lights from stream in all night. There was no clock, except the clock on the microwave which wouldn't stay at the correct time. There was also no hair dryer. They did have an iron and ironing board, which of course we didn't use. The motel wasn't a bad place, just needs to make some different changes. ( Clean the floor with something else. No air sprays. Bigger softer towels. Clock radio with time. Place at least one nice comfy chair in room. Curtains to pull over windows. Coffee maker in the room would be nice.)

The landscaping on the property was very charming and inviting. The rooms were very clean, but basic where they did not have some amenities like blow dryer, closet/hangers, or safe. The breakfast included was convenient, however there was no drinking water offered. The hotel wasn't within walking distance to anywhere to buy water or food.

Although I did not enjoy the food(fruit was very old) the staff was great! My room was very clean and the restaurant across the street made the best quesadillas I have ever had. Would book again.

Savannah Highway is a very busy and dangerous road, and the motel entrance is right on top of it -- but it's super convenient to the airport and travel to both Charleston and points south and west. Single pane glass windows were our biggest complaint, along with loud traffic. Bed and pillows were all new and very comfortable but the motel is clearly an older one - especially in the bathrooms -- so manage expectations and you'll be fine.

Difficult to exit the parking lot as the hotel is on a busy roadway. Bathtub didn’t drain well during a shower. First day no facecloths and two bath towels only one hand towel. Next day adequate towels left. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Would stsy again. Breakfast good feature.
