Property was great - we liked the location, but it is truly in transition. And honestly, quite noisy at night. It seems like it is on the darker/quieter part of the city. It felt a little lonely and quiet. The house had a small kitchen and small living room. Could use new furniture for the living room in A building. Could upgrade a oven and a dishwasher. But otherwise all appliance worked. House was pretty clean. Lots of sleeping places. The parking tight and there were no backyard. The living room windows and porch door go out right on the street. There is an abandoned house on one side and another one being renovated.
