Called and someone came immediately. Would have called day 1 but not sure if we were using remotes properly. We were, cable box broken. My advice is to give more details about the TV. I've never been in a stay that did not have directions (all TV's are different). It can be simple and should be left at each TV. TV in bedroom had not even been set up so our tech did that as well. By the way, shout out to the tech, Philip, who was INCREDIBLE. Also, the one thing guests want is coffee in the AM. Even if they go out, they want their morning coffee. You had PAM, flour, even coffee but you could easily have had powdered creamer and sugar. It's a small thing, but it matters! We could not use the dishwasher, gave up, and washed everything by hand. Again, a simple note in kitchen would be helpful, just as the note about TV instructions and channels. Lastly, an extra blanket in the upstairs bedrooms would have been welcomed. We had a cold snap while in Charleston and doubled the comforter for warmth. ##### Helen S. It had plenty of space for dining and relaxing. The 1 parking spot is not made for large vehicles, ours did not fit. Unloading and loading car was difficult due to no parking near house. Also, I specifically chose this house because on the maap it was shown to ne near my daughters house but upon getting the address the house turned out to be a block or more away. For the same price as a downtown hotel, we got a two bedroom home that was perfect for three adults in town for three days with our two dogs. The host communication was above and beyond answering a late night message about parking and giving us an alternative for the entire weekend. Great experience and if it’s available, we will use this for our return trips. ##### Kenny E. We had a great time, was very easy to check in/out and great location! There was construction going on in front of the property but we knew that going into the trip. Really wasn’t an issue. The house was impeccably clean and offered all the comforts we needed for a relaxing visit. Great combination of old style and modern amenities. Well appointed with everything we needed. Location was exactly what we needed, once we parked we never got back in the car. Enjoyed walking the city exploring everything from the City Market, Rainbow Row and all the restaurants in between. Host proactively communicates and made the process a breeze.
