We also had a porch for seating most of us. Living room was pretty small compared to how it looked on line. I was not aware that we had to use a stairwell going to the second floor - I don't know if I missed that or it wasn't clear on the booking; I thought we were on the main floor, plus a room on the second. No outside stairwell to 3rd floor bedroom; had to use the spiral staircase inside. Shower on 3rd floor is very tiny. Water pressure and hot water in showers in most rooms was not good. The kitchen worked well for us, although we had to eat in the living room or outside because of seating. The bedrooms are very large and very pretty. The house is very clean, modern amenities, beautiful decorations all with the southern charm! The bathrooms and layout could not be beat! I could not have been happier with my stay, we had 12 people in the house and every one had a bedroom. There are 5 showers which was great too, lots of fridge space. We didn’t have to take any Ubers all weekend because it was walking distance from all of King Street. It was expertly run, had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay and the communication was amazing. The actual space was impeccable, clean, decorated well and extremely comfortable.
