"I've been spoiled with how wonderful this property is, i've stayed twice and each time it was exceptional. The rooms are clean tidy and comfortable. The large rooms with the big spa baths are a welcome sight after a long day of travelling. Staff are so genuine and friendly it's my preferred place for trips to Bathhurst, it is also conveniently located."

"Had no breakfast,room was very small and noisy from doors slamming and road noise.picture of room made it look larger than it was in real life.cheap and cheerful is what id call it. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. "

"The bed linen had wee stains on the duvet. Spoke to the host and she assured me it had been cleaned. The breakfast bar closed very early and did not look fresh. reception didn't offer any info about the hotel. The pool was also very cold and therefore not usable. It felt like a hotel that was running on the bear minimum."

"The room was clean and spacious. Cooking facilities adequate and check-in was really easy. It wasn’t as modern as the photos looked but it wasn’t bad just a bit dated. The air-conditioner was needed for heating but only blue cool air. We just turned it off we had had packed warm clothes so it turned out to be no problem. Outdoor sitting area was lovely. Although not right in the centre of town, it suited our needs as we were able to cook our own meal at night without the need to go out."
