"The check-in was not at the location given to me at registration. After calling and spoke to Paul, was redirected to a restaurant where I was informed that instead of a queen bed with attached bath, I had a twin bed with a SHARED bath, as indicated to them by Expedia. Only after showing my expedia app trip, did they relent, saying they would upgrade to an executive suite. The water taps did not work. I immediately cancelled my following trip with this vendor."
