Hotel was overbooked and I was harassed by law enforcement while trying to be relocated. Expedia was unable to relocate me.

Room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. It looks very outdated. Spent $109 on it but I could’ve went to a better place. Beddings are kinda old- I feel grossed out about stuff.

I had a very nice comfortable stay here. I’m a flight attendant so I stay in a LOT of hotels. This was not a work trip and the price was right. The room was clean and well-appointed. There are a lot of conveniences around the area and Mir at the front desk could not have been kinder. Highly recommend.
Remote to TV was not taking it off the portal page. Also, the heater was not working that good.

I didn't like it wasn't check time 2 housekeeping lady open the door it only 10:00am l didn't like that at all they should know who in the room to or ask the staff plus 10am not 11 check out time the TV was on and everything nothing to hang on the outside of door to let them know someone in in they room

The room came with a smoking smell that lasted the whole stay even though it is a nonsmoking room supposedly the phone did was not working wifi didn’t work remote didn’t work

Reasonable accommodations. Close to shopping and easy access to expressway. Front desk receptionist was very polite and accommodating to our request for our party to be on the same floor.

We arrived to the property at 10pm and did not get a room until 1AM as there was no front desk staff. When the staff showed up, he smelled of marijuana. This was truly unacceptable

Didn’t hav ent reservation. I was double charged, receptionists at both locations didn’t care about anything , weren’t helpful, room smell like cigarettes and I found them in the trash can, and it was 125.00!! Come on , get it together could be a nice place!!!

Toilet did not flush windows was opened when we got there and would not lock no blankets on the bed and the bed cover that was on was dirty had big dark stain on it so not very good for what they charge

Not representative of other extended stay America’s. No way of locking the hotel room door & it would not close, staff tried another room and no luck there, opened a third room and it was less than satisfactory. At this point we did not feel safe staying there and ended our stay early, going to another hotel after an already very long day of travel. 10/10 do not recommend this property.
