The apartment is located just 80 meters of SOUDA BEACH , and only few meters of the 2nd WORLD WAR ALLIES CEMETERY worth to visit.

THE SPACE
The studio is build on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a family home.
It consists of one main room and a W.C..
In the main room you find two single beds, a dining table, a closet and a kitchenette.
there is a big window door with amazing view that leads you to the balcony, there you find chairs and table to enjoy the sea view.
W.C. has a standing shower with hot water that you can open from the electric panel.

LOCATION
Souda Bay is a natural harbour near the town of Souda on the northwest coast of the Greek island of Crete. The bay is about 15 km long and only two to four km wide, and a deep natural harbour. It is formed between the Akrotiri peninsula and Cape Drapano, and runs west to east. The bay is overlooked on both sides by hills, with a relatively low and narrow isthmus in the west near Chania.

The studio is located at a very strategical spot, the location is between (PORT 5min drive), (AIRPORT 15min drive), (CHANIA centre 10min drive) and then the (HIGHWAY only 2min drive) that takes you to everywhere , all favourite destinations like OLD HARBOUR AND TOWN, BALOS, ELAFONISI, SAMARIA, KNOSSOS, RETHYMNON , HERAKLIO etc.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The peaceful area,the idyllic scenery and the beautiful beach offers a nice combination for really relaxing holidays,especially for solo travellers, young teenagers,retired couples and youngsters in love.
There is only two houses in the area and a farm and that makes the neighbourhood very quite and peaceful.
The property is surrounded by olive and citrus trees.
Big and cheap super market is only 3 min drive away at Souda town that has tavernas, bars, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies,souvenirs shops etc.
There is two water front fish restaurants on the beach about 200 meters away.
Couple miles away there is also a big bowling and game centre perfect for kids and adults too, you can watch a film at the cinema, a game of bowling or billiards, arcade games or playing at the playground, or if you have an appetite for some food, coffee, a beverage or dessert is provided

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged,
Renting a car or bike is the best solution, Driving is easy and prices of car hire are very reasonable.
Car or bike is recommended if you wish to hire a car, we can recommend the company that we use. We do not take any commission from them, we just want our clients to be recommended to the companies that offer the best services.
There is also a bus stop about 4 kilometres away that takes you to the centre of Chania. (at the central bus station)

INSTRUCTIONS
We acknowledge that you will respect the home as if it were your own, we have placed inside many things of value.
We would also appreciate not siting on the sofas and cushions when you are wet.
Air-condition must be turned of before leaving the house and never use them with open doors and windows.
Toilette paper is disposed in the waste basket.
Garbage bin is opposite the street.
