Great hotel. Spent a week at paradise and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, the pool was nice and clean, staff was super helpful, and the location was perfect. A few miles away from Chania center which is great especially if you have a car rental. Restaurants, super markets all within walking distance. Several beaches all within a few miles. Will definitely go again.

Great place to stay
Exceptionally clean, studio room had plenty space, cooking facilities adequate. Balcony was sun, pool and mountain view which was pretty. Pool area quiet and sun all day. Staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Only downside was when you went out the electricity would go off so fridge would go off but not too much of an issue for me. A bit off a rumble from the fridge and air con at night so earplugs help. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect location. Host is super nice friendly and helpful. Big rooms and very clean. Pool area is always well kept and only a few minutes walk to amazing beaches. Nice stores and restaurants all within a walking distance

The Paradise was everything I wanted.
I used the Paradise as a base and found it spotless and welcoming.Free AC,free safe key,no drain smells,plenty of hot water.The pool area was child friendly and very clean.I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Booked last minute at about 3pm... they didn't have any record of reservation when I arrived at 7pm... was a whole big thing, thankfully I had my confirmation as proof. Got a baby crib in good condition, place was clean, just old and danky looking. In the morning we were confronted at our vehicle by the day manager about having to pay still, we had paid in full online, he wouldn't take my confirmation of payment as proof, until he I don't know, called someone I guess. It was rather hokey the whole thing, anyways we got an apology from him in the end, and it was fine. The place is nothing to write home about but there is AC and WIFI and the pool was pretty decent.

Good value for the price! Need a car though.
This hotel is in a bit of a far location from any interesting activities. I stayed here with the intention of renting a car and driving around the island to my destinations, so for that purpose this hotel is great. I always found parking nearby, though the hotel lot was always full. Its easy to get to, good value, has working AC, wifi is a bit spotty though. As for the room, its very clean, bathroom has a bit of an odd arrangement with the shower.

Two weeks of total relaxation at the beach, the location is however about 15 min walk from the Iguana beach which is in our opinion the most attractive, but the walk is just a good exercise.

Really felt homely here and staff couldn't do enough to help with where to go and what to see. Great room overlooking balcony as promised and quiet in evenings. Easy access to dupearkwts and tavernas and 10 to 15 min walk to beach. Pool in hotel clean and fair size so good to swim in. Would go back as made it feel part of Greek experience

We booked the hotel very late in the evening and the staff was very helpful and kind, I could not have asked for better service from them. We did not stay long to explore the area around the hotel but the pool was nice.

I stayed with my children - the staff there made the stay wonderful. The location is great. They provided high chairs, and other items on request - if I could rate the staff higher than a 5, I would! There is a Lidl and another supermarket around the corner, and an organic food shop as well that sells some gluten free food. All in all a great stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.
Was due to stay in this hotel for 2 days but cancelled one day due to circumstances. Staff very helpful and room excellent value for money, only 10 minutes drive to Chania centre. Perfect for short and longer stays.

Nice apartments in a good location
Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend mid Sept.Nice,clean apartments in a great location.Ten minutes walk to a blue flag beach.There is a bus into Chania every 15-20 minutes which takes about 20 minutes.Apartment is basic but very good value for what you get.Free air con,safe and tv.Would highly recommend staying here!

Paradise apartments are simple, clean and value for money. The rooms are small but the inclusion of a balcony with furniture makes for greater comfort. Hot water in the morning was poor but wi-fi reception good. Good restaurant just down the street.

Nice basic hotel
Rooms cleaned often, in a quiet location only a 15 min to several nice beaches, close to lidl and large in.ka supermarket. Garden view has very little sun but good for kids. If you don't have any kids recommend pool view.

Very clean and well kept although a bit basic
a good stay conveniently located, the pool was very cold but very clean ,probably because it had only just opened for the season. The cooking facilities consist of one large and one small hot plates,so dont think of making much of a meal, the advertised tea and coffee maker means a kettle. Furnishing is all 'no frills' but clean and in good order. The television is 30cm square, but has got english channels. The staff are friendly and helpful but there are very few of them. It is just an apartment block with a pool, do not expect hotel facilities, no bar or restaurant, but not far to walk to find one.

Nice, clean and quiet most of the time. Very nice owner and staff. The hotel itself looks a little bit tired some places. Lovely pool. Kitchen very basic equipt. Very hard floor, not ideal when you have a little child with you. But in general, nice and comfortable.

It was a nice hotel, nice pool area but it was a bit far to the beach. Good service. We came late at night and there were no staff there but they had left us a message in the reception where they welcomed us and they had left a key for us to get into our room. So that was great ! There was supposed to be a bar where you could bye coffee but it was closed for renovation. The rooms were a bit small but clean, the beds were not so comfortable but there was a nice patio from our room to the garden. There were restaurants and shops nearby and we also took the bus to Chania for dinner in harbour. We can recommend that! We had a nice stay and are satisfied !

Lovely place to stay especially for families with kids. Very big rooms and nice balcony, however the bathroom (shower) is very small and not very convenient. Great value for money. Fantastic pool area and gardens which are very clean. Receptionists always very polite and willing to help with anything. 10 minutes driving for the towns of Chania but this is not a problem as the bus stop is only a few minutes away (bus no.21). Kiosk, cafe, bakery, and shops are very closed to the hotel, very convenient. Its in a quiet and safe location but still I believe there should be someone working (at least the receptionist) during the nights (nobody from the staff is working in the nights), also there are no drinks or food available in the appartments but you have your own fridge and cooker to cook yourself if you like to. Do not eat at the restaurant which is a few meters opposite the hotel, the food is terrible there, re-fried in a very bad smelling oil... really disgusting, don't understant why it's busy yet. Overall the hotel is great if you are looking for a decent place to stay with less money. I will love to go back again

I chose this hotel because it was cheap. Now that I am back, I consider it value-for-money and I did not regret booking a room without even seeing a picture. Specifically, it is quiet, clean enough and well looked after, on daily basis. One disadvantage is that the room was small and the temperature went high inside (maybe situation is different in other rooms). There is air-conditioning in all rooms, but one need to pay extra to use it. There are some restaurants and small pubs nearby, suitable mostly for families with little kids. For young couples and students, a short trip to Chania is recommended, which takes only a few minutes by car. So, the good thing is that the hotel is near the city, but far enough to be quiet. Only con is that the parking place of the hotel has only 5 places. I would recommend it for families with little kids, students, and anyone on a tight budget.

We arrived on the last Easyjet flight of the day, reception was closed on our arrival, but there was information left for us, so that we could get into our rooms, (simples) the taverna was open too although we didn't use it. The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay. The dead petals of flowers were swept away to prevent them blowing into the pool or causing a mess. The pool area was spotless and there were plenty of sunloungers. The apartments were very close to other tavernas, supermarkets, large and small and buses which travelled at very frequent intervals, to Chania Town or west to Platainas - another beach resort a few kilometers down the coast.The beach was a short walk away, the part we used had changing rooms, its own taverna, very basic toilets and sunloungers (for a small fee 7 euro) Our rooms were large, they had all the basic equipment needed for a self catering holiday, we didn't cook much prefering to go out and about. Our apartment had a double bed, in the lounge diner area there were a further two sofa beds, so space for two more occupants. There were doors out to a small balcony, which was shaded and perfect for a relaxing read while the costumes dried for the late afternon swim. I think that if there had been 4 sharing, storage space may have been limited. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others, couples and young families alike, we would like to come back to enjoy more cocktails by the pool, soon

Sehr schönes Hotel
Ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel. Sauber und vorallem die Lage ist mega. Supermärkte in der Nähe, Restaurants, Apotheke usw. Wenn man ein Auto hat, kommt man sehr schnell au die Schnellstraße. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das einzige, wo ich Abstriche machen muss ist einmal der Straßenlärm. Wir hatte ein Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße und am Morgen war die schon sehr gut befahren. Es gibt aber auch viele andere Zimmer die nicht an der Hauptstraße liegen und da denk ich ist dieses Problem nicht gegeben. Und der zweite minus Punkt ist das WLAN gewesen. Man hat eigentlich in den Zimmer keine Verbindung. Aber ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert

Prima tappa a Creta. Struttura ben tenuta, personale disponibile ed accogliente, monolocale piccolo ma ben organizzato negli spazi, un po’ caldo e con l’aria condizionata che punta sul letto per cui noi non l’abbiamo accesa durante la notte ma dormito con finestre aperte. Zona perfetta per muoversi è vicino a spiagge tranquille e con discreto mare. È un residence con molti appartamenti vicinissimi, quindi intimità poca ma comunque silenzioso. Se penso alla spesa sostenuta però la soluzione è eccellente. Il personale ci ha consigliato bene per mangiare e per muoverci.

A very tired hotel, not so clean, very few parking places, insects inside the room, and everyday cleaning was not acceptable. Also, having booked through hotels.com, they gave us the worst room. I wanted to leave immediately, but it was just for two days.
