Rooms were clean but a little on the smaller side since I was traveling with my family. Unlike other hotels, the front desk is located on floor 7 being that this is part of the mall, all levels below are shops and office. That being said, you'll find the business area, kids area, dining area, and laundry room all located on the 7th floor, everything above are guest rooms. I didn't noticed any bellpersons, so you're on your own with your own bags. As mentioned, the hotel is part of the mall, and one of the nicer and newer malls in Changzhou so the hotel location is excellent. BRT and other bus stops is only a few minutes walk away, you can usually find taxis at these bus stops as well. Overall, my stay with my family were excellent and I wanted to mentioned the dining staff in the morning; which I can't remember her name was great. She was very friendly and always had a great smile, in fact she was working the entire time I was there and both my wife and I noticed she never took a day off. That said there were English speaking staff with reasonable to good English. So helpful that staff drove us to destinations on two occasions because taxis were fully booked and unavailable.
