Chad the owner was amazing and very responsive to any inquiries we had. We let Chad know our plan to come up early and asked if he would let us pay for early check in. He provided all information ahead of time and was very clear on instructions to make getting to his home and getting in the community a very smooth process. We can not say enough great things about him and his home The property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Couldn't have been a more convenient ski-in/ski-out. We just had to walk down the deck stairs onto the trail. Southwind lift drops off a few houses up and was running throughout our stay. Chad, our host, was great at communicating with us, and the home is well-maintained with great touches, we had everything we needed to make our long weekend so memorable. Our entire family enjoyed themselves thoroughly during our stay at Chad's townhome. The place was in pristine condition and the location was great for our weekend at Seven Springs. We enjoyed the ski-out ability from the location through the Southwinds neighborhood, taking you to between the Cortina and Polar Bear lifts. Although the Southwinds lift wasn't operating throughout our long weekend, we found it easy to take a short 3-4 min walk down the neighborhood road from just below the Polar Bear lift into the Southwind neighborhood, and then we would put our skis back on to make it from the top of the Southwind lift to the townhouse (only about 30-40 yards distance). We especially appreciated Chad's approach to being a host. He checked in on us during the trip to make sure all was going well and he ensured that the kitchen was well stocked. There were quite a few "Chad rocks!" being said during the weekend. We would definitely stay at the townhome again in the future. ##### Nicholas M.
