A vacation rental in the countryside, yet close to the city
- 5 minutes from the center of Alençon, in a quiet and green environment, close to the forest of Perseigne and 15 kms from the Alpes Mancelles, Patrick welcomes you on part of his property (adjoining house but entrance and independent enclosed garden with terrace and barbecue). The nearby environment offers multiple outdoor activities (hiking, greenway cycling, Saint Céneri, Sillé plage)
The accommodation comprises: on the first floor a fitted dining kitchen, a small cozy living room with a single bed (90x190), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (140X190)
Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200), another bed (120x190), a baby bed, and a desk. A second bedroom with double bed (140x190).
Terrace with barbecue and independent garden (about 300m2)
Bed linen is provided but not towels.

Très bon accueil de Patrick, belle situation, jardin très agréable même par grand soleil et la maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et très pratique pour un malvoyant. N'hésitez pas, vous y serez bien et au calme.

Location très agréable en pleine campagne. Le logement assez spacieux pour 6 personnes avec un animal de compagnie accepté. L'hôte s'est adapté à notre horaire d'arrivée. Seul point négatif, manque de miroir dans chaque chambre

Déplacement sportif
Nous avons séjourné à la petite balliere, à l'occasion d'un we sportif. Parfait pour la proximité du lieu de compétition et très calme! Pour notre groupe, une 2eme salle d'eau/wc aurait été bienvenue (mais conforme à l'annonce)
