You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities. It includes : \- two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm); \- a shower room \- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen \- a living-dining area for meals and relaxation: \- and a balcony with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc range. It is located : \- right in the heart of Chamonix, \- in a quiet residence, with easy access to many amenities and attractions, \- less than 5 minutes' walk from the pedestrianised street in the town centre, where you'll find shops, restaurants, a cinema and other businesses. For your everyday needs, a Super U and Drive supermarket is just a 9-minute walk away. You'll be within easy reach of the Saturday market, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the magnificent QC Terme SPA. If you're a keen skier, you'll be delighted to know that the cross-country ski runs and ski lifts at Brévent-Flégère are also less than 5 minutes away. What's more, just a 3-minute walk away you'll find the Savoy field, where you'll find the ESF ski school and where you can take the ski lift to the Brévent-Flégère gondola. And if you want to explore other ski areas, there are buses right outside the residence that will take you directly to Grand Montets, Le Tour, Vallorcine or Les Houches. By staying in this accommodation, you will have the advantage of being right next to the activities organised by the resort, restaurants, cinema and shops. You can enjoy a privileged environment and access all the sports and wellness activities in just 5 minutes' walk along the pedestrianised street by the River Arve. In winter, you can even take your ski boots to the snowfield just 100 metres away, where there are activities for children. In summer, you can go hiking directly from the accommodation. And if you're a golf fan, a bus passes directly in front of the residence, or you can walk there in 15 minutes. You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
