« I thought this to be one of the most interesting places to stay, a mixture of old charm with modern day convenience, The room was updated and felt new, it was nice to have a regular size refrigerator. « There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. « The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. »

« We were really disappointed with this experience. The building felt dirty with rodent and bug deterrents in every outlet in the hallway. The couch was disgusting and there were areas that could not be sat upon. The shower had almost no pressure - if you have thick hair there is no way you could rinse it out.
