The 100m² cottage offers spaces designed for well-being: a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms with 90x200 cm beds. Central heating and central vacuuming are available. Outside, the 12x5 meter indoor pool, shared with Beauplan 1, invites you to relax; the pool house, shaded terrace, and private 100m² grounds are the perfect place for summer afternoons.  
All-inclusive rates - Cleaning included. A 20% discount for long-term rentals during the low season. Rated 3 épis (ears of corn), the cottage is nestled in Chalain-le-Comtal, in the Loire region, on the owner's farm. Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers a modern yet welcoming haven where you can gather with family or friends to share simple moments: a coffee on the terrace at sunrise, sunbathing by the shared pool, or a late dinner under the stars. The property seduces with its tranquility and friendly atmosphere, praised by travelers for the quality of its welcome and the comfort of its surroundings.  
  
The surrounding area is home to the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region: the Forez trails where you can hike through forests and pastures, the narrow streets of Montbrison bustling with a market ranked among the most beautiful in France, and the châteaux of Montrond-les-Bains and Bâtie d'Urfé, which recount the history and grandeur of the Loire. Here, every getaway has a taste of the land and freedom.
