You'll love this detached cottage, located in a small hamlet. The spaciousness and volume of the former barn and small stable (250 m²) make Gîte du Fenil an ideal place for holidays with friends or family. You'll be charmed by the comfort and the elegant décor, a blend of modern style, antique furniture, and carefully selected vintage pieces. For everyone's enjoyment, several amenities are available: a games room, home cinema, Wi-Fi, and a CD player. In fine weather, you can enjoy the terrace with its views of the countryside, the large, semi-enclosed natural green space (2000 m²) with its griddle and barbecue, sandpit, trampoline, and ping-pong table. The ponds of the Tronçais Forest are 5 km away.  
  
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 shower rooms, separate toilet.  
  
First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), games room, bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Electric heating.  
  
The bed linen option (€12 per bed) and towels (€4 per person) must be arranged with the owners when you first contact them, and payment is required upon arrival during the check-in inventory.  
  
Bonus features: firewood provided for the fireplace, electricity and heating included. Gas provided for the griddle and charcoal barbecue. Cleaning included
