"Traditional hotel in Ribeirao Preto. The location is very good, the rooms are large and have good beds. The hotel has excellent facilities and a good restaurant with great breakfast."

"O espaço do flat e muito legal,mas ele esta muito pouco conservado,carecendo de cuidados e manutençao. O ralo do banheiro entupido ,os travesseiros muito surrados e o cafe da manha muito fraco."

"The price per room was phenomenal. Most of the staff (with the exception of two young evening receptionist) were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be more attractive if it were better maintained. Safe and hair dryer in room did not work. Although reported, nothing was done to resolve.Some of the walls need repairs and fresh paint. Breakfast served was fabulous. There are no walkable restaurants or shops near by. "
