"We had an issue finding our airline when being dropped off as it was combined with another airline. The driver got out of our vehicle and asked people where it was. He also took time to get us a luggage trolley. Great service!"

"A good luxury hotel in Mumbai- good buffet breakfast & good restaurants in the hotel itself. The staff is polite, courteous & efficient- as you find all over India. The pool was refreshing but a bit busy. "

"I had to extend my stay by two days due to flight cancellations caused by the Iran War. I mistakenly hit the extend button three times for the same reservation. It was clear to all that a single person would not make three reservations for the same days. Anyway, the hotel refused to refund the mistaken and duplicated reservations. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel, which clearly does not value its customers. I will never stay there again or at any hotel owned or operated by this conglomerate."
