Centrally situated on the more older and quieter side of the Ancient town, along side the running river. There is lots of old and traditional charm. Staff were great - kind, professional and helpful.

The breakfast was great. The staff were helpful, we checked out at 6m and they prepared breakfast for us. The hotel is so close to the subway and East station. I will stay at this hotel again next time.

My experience with Courtyard Zhengzhou Airport hotel is great in terms of comfort of the room, amenities and the front desk experience, the customer service is great. They offer me options to access promotional items rather than strictly following the binder rate, this shows thoughtfulness to your client.
However, the issue i have encountered is the consistency of the English names converted to Chinese name. This creates confusion not only at the Airport information desk, also the taxi...
