« My friends and I loved everything about this place. It was clean and quiet, the staff was great, and we loved that they served hot breakfast in the morning. We also enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace in the lounge in the evenings. If we are ever in the area again we would most certainly stay here. Highly recommend this place. »

« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

"On s'est retrouvé dans une chambre au premier étage, semi-enterrée. La chambre était peu lumineuse, elle sentait mauvais, et l'environnement extérieur était très bruyant. Le frigo était très bruyant car réglé à fond, le bouton pour diminuer la température était manquant donc impossible de le baisser. Rien n'était prévu dans la chambre ou la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes. "
