The staff is outstanding, friendly, helpful and ready to help when needed. Food was very good, breakfast was included and it was great. The only thing I would suggest is to have toiletries in the bathroom, there was no shampoo or soap, I think that for the price we paid that should be included; we had to ask for it and was told they didn’t have any shampoo and gave us only one very small soap."
