"Beautiful pool and beach area. Nighttime parties and dance clubs are geared towards a younger crowd. Buffets are good but are repetitive, and close at 10:00\. No room service or late night snack options other than hot dogs and cheese nachos. Beautiful location and stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. "

"Our room was nice. Upgraded to a junior suite with ocean view top floor. Room was clean and spacious. The food quality and options were not good. I think for the price there are much better options than this resort "

"Staff is not very nice or attentive they are not very welcoming especially up in the Chala. Also they do not upkeep the beach it defeats the purpose of getting a beachfront room or upgrading to enclave if they can’t even keep it clean other hotels at least attempt to clean it up a bit. During our stay the seaweed was just accumulating. Only one person stood out to us and his name is Isai he works at the steak restaurant."

"Travelled from Canada family of 5 . Clean rooms , could do better with the dust in areas like lamps etc . Goo was great . Front desk could be a little more helpful at the arrival , they point to you to a QR code instead for info about hotel. I speak fluent Spanish. Some front desk personnel were very dismissive about questions and point to at QR code. Also upon arrival they direct to you right away to the membership aspect of the hotel . Not something you want to be introduced to as you arrive or even a couple of days in . Hard to get them off your back about attending free breakfast and chat so you can get $150 coupon for tours . "
