"The overall stay was amazing. The comfort was the best I’ve experienced in years. The beds were so soft and comfortable, I immediately went to sleep after settling in. The only issue was the shower door, it wouldn’t stay closed. So, I had to use a washcloth to keep it closed. I’m sure that’s an easy fix, so I wouldn’t let that deter me from staying again. The hotel was clean, offered free breakfast, plus has a little snack store for a late night bite. Check-in was easy, staff were lovely. I’d stay again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn Norwich. It had all the basics - clean room, lots of power and USB ports to charge, good water pressure, etc. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in. The complimentary breakfast was a convenient way to start the day. And the staff were cheerful and helpful. The only negative was that one of their elevators was not working, but this did not seem to delay anything. All-in-all a good stay there."
