"Great experience and excellent customer service. The ladies managing the place were super responsive."

"The Hotel is well located; specially good for people coming to the hospital Italiano for conferences or patient care. Staff is friendly and attentive."

"Excellent location, you can walk everywhere. Plaza serrano is 10 minutes away. That’s where you can find the pretty narrow streets and many places to eat. At night, it also comes alive with music, drinks and more. The hotel feels personal and decor rates with love. The staff is exceptional, special thanks to the front desk team: Jose, Jean, Milena, Agustín. Definitely recommend"

"Excellent experience, breakfast was really good and the VIP treatment was very impressive!!"

"The studio apartment was adequate for 3 women travelling together. It is located one block away from the 24-hour street. Everything was very clean, including the pool on the rooftop, although it was a little bit chilly to use it. Communication was not good. "The apartment was outstanding! Very clean, excellent furnishings and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood but excellent restaurants and markets nearby. Only negatives were the noise from the people in the apartment above, dragging chairs across the floor, & conversations were clearly audible. In addition the bathtub could use a non-slip mat. The tub became very slippery while showering. WiFi was very good! "

"The breakfast every morning was incredible, staff was very kind and helpful. Very unique experience and beautiful facilities. Highly recommend and also very convenient to shops and restaurants in Palermo neighborhood, very easy walk to Plaza Serrano."

"Good location and pretty boutique hotel."

"Very friendly staff."

"Loved this place! Staff was very friendly and helpful, place was very clean. There are only about 5 rooms so very private and great area close to restaurants and small shops. "

"This apartment was clean and the hosts were super nice. The only con was we could hear the people in the bar downstairs late into the night. Everything else was great!"

"Great stay here. Definitely one of the nicer hostels we've been to. The hot water was a bit hit and miss, but otherwise our room was ideal. I would stay again next time I'm in Buenos Aires."
