Cosy, Secluded Pod With Hot Tub in North Wales Within Easy Reach to Chester
Very very private, pod was very clean and warm with everyting we needed. Biggest problem was the ourside and parking area. Very muddy....some gravel is needed at entrance and inside the gated area/parking. Thats my only moan. Other than that it was perfect.

Good room -very clean . Nice to have a canal view .The Spa pool was fabulous. The hotel felt quite basic however for a 4 star hotel . The Queen at Chester Hotel, BW Premier Collection
Room very clean, beds very comfortable. Only criticism is the bathroom could do with an upgrade (stayed im a family room). Air conditioning effective and easy to work.
