The receptionists, not so professional and make you feel you’re getting a favour. Unfortunately I had a terrible smell in my particular room; I was informed my room hadn’t been occupied in a while. Frieda and her team could not have been more welcoming. They made us feel at home straight away and were very polite.
We took the bed and breakfast option. The cooked breakfast a good start to the day and had fresh vegetables and fruits.

« This hotel is falling in ruins! Most of the electricity is to be repaired, tiles are broken or missing, water installation falling apart.
As I stayed, there was a big rain overnight. Liters of water leaked through the ceiling. I was then, in the middle of the night, relocated to another room.
Food is terrible and overpriced. No alternative since the hotel is remote and away from other restaurants. »

« I got to the hotel and they told me it’s fully booked. I had made payments on hotels.com and everything. Next thing I know is they are making calls to dumb me at a random hotel without my knowledge. After 1hr i insisted they have to give me a room. They had already inconvenienced me and making me late to a program. They give the lobby for parties, play music and etc disturbing and interrupting with your sleep. They have a restaurant in the hotel and they have music going off as soon as 9am-12am....

Shower is hot while I could not adjust tempreture satisfactory for me. I found some foreign agencies using the hotel to have meetings, which may indicate facilities of the hotel are not bad.
