"If you are planning to use a hot tub, call the property ahead of time. Was really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub after a long day, and was severely disappointed to find it drained and out of service."

"Wonderful staff, the Hotel, Room, Bed & Mattress were great. The staff, aside from breakfast, were great. Our only complaint was while breakfast was "free", it was a smaller selection than most have. I was expecting more variety based on the rest of the Hotel. Add on some of the selections were empty, we had to sit at a dirty table and the person taking care of the area was sitting in an office on their Cell phone. We will definitely stay there again, writing off breakfast as just an "off day"."

"Never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. Breakfast wasn't all that great. Goose poop all over the parking lot and sidewalks. Noise between rooms that have a connecting door. Paint pealing off of the repainted bathroom tub. Housekeeping did a very good job. Good location. Air-conditioner units very good."

"When I went to check in, the manager demanded I give him a $30 deposit, either cash or deposit. I had already paid for the room via Hotels.com, but this was additional. I gave him my card, and they charged me $30. The claim is that I will receive a credit back "in a few days". There was nothing in this dilapidated room to steal, so I do not understand the need for a deposit. There was not even a bedside lamp in the room."

"We came down for a Dragons Captains baseball game, and this hotel is the perfect walking distance to DayAir Stadium! The staff is VERY FRIENDLY and very helpful!! 10/10 recommend!! The rooms aren’t exactly soundproof you definitely her the outside noise and the stomping of the neighbors above. But those can easily be overlooked. This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at! "
