"We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. "I got there as soon as I walked in. I noticed there was still trash in the trash from the people before me, and then I went to the bathroom and there was poop on the side of the toilet, and I looked in the shower and whoever was in there last hand left their hair all over it so it appeared that they just made the bed and left it and didn’t clean then to add to it in the middle of the night, a beeping was going off and didn’t stop until 8:30 in the morning called the front desk several times got no response went down there got no response. Needless to say I did not sleep and was very displeased. I did talk to the front desk person in the morning and they told me to go to the website that I made the purchase for the room and request a refund. She was very helpful in that respect."
