"The breakfast buffet was excellent; many choices; very tasty!"

"The room wasn’t that clean when we checked in.There was leftover candy(opened) next to the microwave and a balloon behind the TV. Also, candy pieces were stuck on the tile floor which my wife cleaned up. Breakfast was okay, not as good as before. Overall, not a terrible place, just not as good as it used to be."

"The shower water pressure was lacking severely making taking a shower unpleasant and I uninvigorating. There was zero hot water in the handwashing sink/basin. The hotel staff were not particularly warm but they did tgeir job well. "

"We came in late, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There was a security guard there also greeting us in a friendly way. Breakfast was pretty good-the pancake maker was not working well. Love the yougurt, fresh fruit, cereal, wish for a waffle maker and hard boiled eggs!"

"Truly next-level hotel. Stunning in every way. Exceptional staff and amenities. The most comfortable beds imaginable. Incredible rooftop bar/restaurant. My only regret was not having time to book a spa appointment. If you're considering this hotel, it's worth the splurge if even for a night. It's truly incredible and, as an added plus, within a short walk to old town and directly across from the historic Sawmill Market/food hall! Can't rave about it enough and I'm a big hotel person."
