« Staff was very friendly, efficient and courteous. Room was clean, however, the layout of the accessible shower/bath was not well thought out. Soap/shampoo/conditioner containers were behind the handicapped seat and too high up to use without standing, thereby risking a fall. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. »
