About this property
Great Views, Quiet Neighborhood, Comfortable Living! Spacious.
- Fantastic views to the SW on a treed ridge 6 miles from downtown Cedar City. All neighborhood lots are multi-acre, upper-end properties. Quiet streets, wifi, two televisions, BBQ, garage bay. Home is on two levels: 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, and 1 bedroom and bath downstairs. The bed in the master bedroom is king size, and the other two beds are full size. All rooms get plenty of natural light. An ideal choice for 4 to 6 people.
NOTE: There is no cable or satellite TV. However, there are a number of stations received through the antenna, and there is Roku.
If you want comfortable living with great, constant views close to town, but not in town, or if you enjoy leisurely walks along roads with plenty of pinyon and juniper trees, this place is for you!
