A comfortably designed spacious Loft unit with floor to ceiling windows overlooking an exhilarating view of the sea and city located in the center of Cebu City close to historic spots, big malls, port, schools, and south bus terminal is available for YOU to feel pumped and ready to tackle your adventures. We’ll be happy to assist you. :) THE SPACE: “You wont find a more spacious place for the same price” On the 14th floor (unit. 14B), when entering the unit, you will find the kitchenette on the left side and the bathroom on the right. Walking further in the room you’ll see floor to high ceiling windows facing northeast. It’s a perfect view to wake up to, catch the sunrise while sipping a good cup of coffee. In the evening, it tones down to a relaxing view of the city lights just in time for a cuddle in our fresh and comfortable blankets.
