That the room did not have a window to the outside. The hotel is old, need renovation. Towels were not that clean.

The place is very accessible to wherever you wanna go both in uptown and downtown area. Housekeeping staff are very courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. Front desk and security guard who worked on February 10 morning needs to work on their customer service attitude, so frustrating especially the security guard. Otherwise the place is Ok

I had a leak in bathroom via a storm changed room at 2300 hrs because I had another booking for 2 more nights a week later I was promise an upgrade never happened

Elegant Circle Inn is a bit old and outdated. Water pressure is a bit low but all that is fine. I come here all the time when I am in Cebu because it is right in the center of the city where all the restaurants and shopping centers are. It is very convenient to eat and get beer when you arrive.

Very convenient and accessible to everything you need in Cebu. There are free shuttle services going to different malls just within 2mins walk. Close walking distance to the hospital, nearby shops and great dining places.
